A roofing contractor came to The Art of Communication Seminar to improve his sales and closing skills. He also attended the Bonus Day where he was able to see real-time on video how he was showing up to his clients. We were able to troubleshoot the issues and develop new approaches. He also saw a massive improvement in posture, confidence, and use of his verbal skills. He then went through the rest of the seminar and continued to improve his overall communication skills in negotiation, body language and listening to and meeting client needs.
